Really pleased with this table. It looks lovely and is a great size for 6 people without any of the extensions. The extensions give great flexibility for when we have larger numbers eating with us. Easy to put together and packaged very well to avoid damage. Very fast and efficient delivery service.

High pressure laminate can withstand common household chemicals such as washing-up liquid or antibacterial spray but stay away from corrosive chemicals such as descaling agents, oven cleaners, chlorine and acetone. Remove these immediately if they spill on the tables surface. When cleaning, never use a steel scourer, scourer pad, souring agent or similar products as this can scratch the surface.
As with all of our dining tables, we advise that you never place hot pots or pans directly on the worktop without a trivet or stand. It goes without saying, but never pull an object with rough or ragged edges across the worktop as this can scratch the wonderfully smooth satin surface.
As with all of our dining tables, the Ellie will be delivered unassembled to keep it streamlined and therefore well protected for transport. To put the Ellie together, the four legs need to be attached to the table top. Be sure to protect the table surface when it is upturned to avoid scratches and marks. The table top is relatively lightweight, but will still require two people to lift and turn it over.

The finish of the Ellie is a wonderfully smooth satin matt. This means it isn't reflective but it's not fully matt, so it still has a really tactile feel.

The 3 pin tapered legs are finished in a modern chrome. Their design keeps the table looking minimalist and slim, while the chrome is a great styling feature with matching dining chairs. As with all of our dining tables, this comes with floor protectors. This is to look after your flooring and protect the chrome legs from scratches.

An oval shaped table also has the potential for squeezing more people around as there are no corners in the way. Oval or round tables always gives that feeling of a sociable setting, as family and friends are literally sat around the table.

The Ellie table has 2 extension leaves, making this table even more versatile as you can choose what size you need depending on how many you want to seat. The table top is 25mm thick. The extension leaves are therefore stored separately to maintain the table's sleek and streamlined look.
